CTC Management Holding is a small, owner run company. There is no HR department, no graduate scheme, and no structured onboarding. If any of those matter to you, that is useful information rather than a warning. What there is instead is a short distance between doing something and finding out whether it worked.
What It Is Actually Like
Short Chain of Command
You would work directly with the people who own the business. Decisions are made in the week they are raised, and there is nobody above them to escalate to, which is either the appeal or the drawback depending on how you are built.
What You Would Learn
Beverage sourcing, wholesale and HORECA selling, customs and transit documentation, and how a load is costed. It is a specific trade rather than a general commercial role, and it transfers well inside that trade.
Real Responsibility
Small companies hand over real work early because there is nobody else to give it to. That means genuine ownership from the start, and it also means fewer people to catch a mistake before a customer does.
The Working Reality
Ten markets across four languages, two of them on a different customs footing from the rest. Days are shaped by what is moving and what has stopped moving rather than by a calendar.
How Work Gets Judged
On whether the load arrived, the invoice was paid, and the buyer came back. It is a narrow set of measures, and it applies to everyone, including the people who set it.
We are looking for people who:
- Are comfortable being the only person handling something
- Can hold a commercial conversation in more than one European language
- Read a document carefully, because in this trade the document is the goods
- Would rather ask early than be wrong late
