Privacy Policy

CTC Management Holding B.V. respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch law. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit our website or contact us, why we process it, and the rights you have.

1. Who We Are

The data controller responsible for your personal data is CTC Management Holding B.V., Dr. Ir. Van Veenweg 35, 4612 PE Bergen op Zoom, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce / KvK no. 74028928). For any privacy-related question you can reach us at info@ctcmh.com.

2. Information We Collect

When you use our contact form we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you provide. When you browse the site, our systems and analytics tools may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed. We do not knowingly collect special categories of data or data from children.

3. How We Use Your Data and Legal Basis

We process contact-form data to respond to and manage your enquiry, on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling business communications and, where you initiate a request, to take steps at your request. We process analytics data only with your consent, given through our cookie banner. We may also process data where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to protect the security of our site.

4. Cookies and Analytics

Our site uses functional cookies that are necessary for it to work and, only after you accept them, analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. Analytics are provided by a third-party analytics provider. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the banner shown on your first visit, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your cookies.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract, including our website hosting provider, email delivery provider, and analytics provider, strictly to operate our site and respond to you. These providers may only use your data on our instructions.

6. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, to ensure your data remains protected.

7. Data Retention

We keep contact-form data only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for administrative and legal purposes, for up to 3 months after our last contact with you. Analytics data is retained for the period set by our analytics provider. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

8. Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and input validation, to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be fully secure, but we work to protect your information at all times.

9. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data and to request its rectification or erasure; to restrict or object to its processing; to data portability; and, where processing is based on consent, to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@ctcmh.com.

10. Complaints, Changes, and Contact

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). We may update this policy from time to time; the current version and its date are shown on this page. For any question, write to info@ctcmh.com.
